Horndean Hawks FC is one of the most successful football clubs in Hampshire that provides young members in the community the opportunity to participate in the game of football, in a well controlled and enjoyable environment, through professionally structured and managed training programmes. We are currently recruiting the following for 2009-2010 Season

Football Academy

The football Academy was established in 2010 and proved to be very popular with parents who are not sure if football is the right choice for their kids. This is free professional training by skilled and CRB checked personnel for U5 & U6 (school reception year and year 1) boys and girls. Besides skilled football training, children are gaining CONFIDENCE, SELF RESPECT and learning how to be a TEAM PLAYER.

Mini Soccer Teams

We have very well established high standard teams at our Mini Soccer level. We would like to give opportunities to players who are willing to absorb and exercise RESPECT in the game of football. We require players for U7, U8, U9 and U10 (school years 2, 3, 4 and 5).

Youth Teams

We would also like to give opportunities to players who would like to take football game to the highest standard of professionalism. We require players in our U11, U12, U13, U14, U15 and U16. Our new U18 are the combined U17 and U18 players. They are the Ambassadors for our club. Whilst they are playing at a very high standard, they will also have the opportunity to do FA training courses and provide training to the Football Academy and Mini Soccer.

Girls Only Team

We are actively encouraging girls to participate in the game of football, whether with the boys or in a Girls Only Team. Currently, we do not have Girls Only Team but we would like to establish teams and welcome anyone or any team who wish to be part of Horndean Hawks.
