Our Mission

At Horndean Hawks Football Club, our mission is to provide the young football enthusiasts of our community the opportunity, to participate in football in a well controlled and enjoyable environment, to develop through professionally structured and managed coaching programmes and to gain the competitive edge for their future football career.

A brief history

Horndean Hawks was established in 1998 by a group of parents who were keen to provide the opportunity for their children to play football in the local area. In 2000 the club was affiliated to the FA and joined the Portsmouth League at the start of the 2000/01 football season entering 4 teams - Under 7's to Under 10's. Since that time the club has rapidly expanded and we now run 13 competitive teams spanning 9 age groups totalling more than 200 players.
